We offer five levels:
N1: This is the advanced Japanese proficiency level, proving you can use and understand the language much like a native speaker. Even when the topic is unfamiliar to you or just not something you come across every day, you can still connect the pieces and understand the overall context. This includes long technical texts, oral academic debates, philosophical essays, scientific discussions, abstracts, and generally any narrative with nuanced or niche content. You can also tell the relationship between people from their conversations.
N2: Here, you have developed some level of mastery in the Japanese language, so you can read and understand texts on several topics and in a variety of situations without much stress. Whether it's a newspaper, a story, or a textbook, you can generally follow the content pretty well and grasp what the writer implies, be it directly or indirectly. For example, you could read a newspaper commentary and understand the writer's main argument even when they use many words to explain without stating the point concisely. You can also follow a long oral speech just as well as long as the speaker is coherent enough and doesn't speak too fast.
N3: This is the intermediate level, meaning you can handle everyday Japanese you come across to some degree. You can see the news, read books, and pick the key points of the matter using any familiar words or context you find. This means when you encounter moderately challenging texts, you would have to rely on the availability of some more familiar phrases within the content. In this level, you should also be able to follow conversations between two people speaking in almost natural speed (just not very fast, though).
N4: You are able to read and understand passages on familiar topics written in basic vocabulary and kanji. Here, you no longer have problems with basic Japanese and can generally follow conversations that you're expected to encounter daily as long as the speech is slow and clear.
N5: In this proficiency level, you can read basic sentences in katakana, hiragana, and the simplest parts of kanji. You can follow simple conversations, instructions, and questions used in everyday life when the speaker talks slowly or uses gestures to guide you.

I just took the test for both chinese HSK 4 Chinese and C1 advance business English. Using the website testizer it helps me up date my languages skill from time to time.
I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: B2 German Language from TESTIZER! It's been a long journey in this learning experience. I remember myself 5 years ago trying to know how could I learn German for free, since I was paying my university fees and didn't have more money to pay for German courses. Plus pandemic times, where everything was closed and everything started to be on the internet. I discovered how accessible learning languages become in those times, because I started to discover free German courses. Guess what? Took all of those courses and grew up these knowledges step by step. But that was not easy, because my learning way was literally writing EVERYTHING placed on those courses, EVERY single word, phrase, expressions. You know, that takes a lot of time and that's why I spent so much time learning German. And now, seems like a lie, but 5 years later I have B2 level.
And now for what that B2 level? I still don't know, but I guess I can say that at least I speak german as well!
